Getting Ready
Preparing for the big day

2-3 Meetings with the couple starting 4 weeks prior to wedding to review wedding timeline. One of which will be a visit to your venue. We want to understand the details of your vision inside and out!

Create and manage your wedding day timeline (minute by minute summary of every wedding activity and detail of your wedding day from start to finish)

Communicate wedding timeline and floor plan to all vendors. Confirm logistics with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day

Oversee and direct the wedding rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
The Big Day
Operation Stress Free Couple

Coordination (up to 8 hours) on the day of the wedding. Ensure the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception sites are set up according to your wedding design and floor plan

Cue all wedding day activities: introductions, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.

Serve as the point of contact for all vendors

Coordinate vendor breakdown and cleanup of venue.

Distribute vendor payments/gratuity (if applicable)

Provide additional coordinators on site the day of the wedding to ensure all goes smoothly

Direct the bride, groom, and bridal party on activities, timing and location
